Create the Team pages.
- Go to Core > System Tools > Master Rollover
- Change the From year to 2019-2020 and the To year to 2020-2021. Then click View.
- Then click Run to the far right of High School
- You can choose whether or not to copy over all the same teams, coaches, team members, game schedules, and practice schedules or leave some of it blank. Sometimes it's easier to copy all the old stuff over and modify it rather than to enter it from scratch.
- College Counseling generally doesn't want the seniors to show up on team rosters for sports that haven't happened yet, but double check with them.
- Then Run it again for Middle School.
Then set access to the Team pages.
- Core > Security > Group Page Access
- Set the dates that you want each group to have access to the team pages.
- A rule of thumb might be to not give any Students or Parents groups access until you are sure everything is ready. Then come back and set the dates for those groups to have access.
- Make sure to set the dates for both Middle School and High School (under School Level)
