Lost iPad Procedures

Middle School

These are the procedure if a student loses and iPad

Have the student speak to their advisor.

If they still do not have the iPad have them go through the following.

  • Speak to Amy Cataldo first, then Susan Hearn.
  • If they still don't have the iPad Susan or Amy will notify us to then locate and ping the iPad.
  • If the iPad is missing beyond this point please follow the High School iPad procedures below.

High School

These are the standard lost iPad procedures.

  1. Create a ticket for lost iPad @ support.burkeschool.org
  2. Ping iPad
  3. Write a comment to notify all parties of missing iPad
  4. Send lost iPad email to parents

  5. If lost completely, send Billing notice to Business Office
  6. Set up permanent replacement
  7. Note all info on iPad Swap list.
