Lost iPad Procedures
Middle School
These are the procedure if a student loses and iPad
Have the student speak to their advisor.
If they still do not have the iPad have them go through the following.
- Speak to Amy Cataldo first, then Susan Hearn.
- If they still don't have the iPad Susan or Amy will notify us to then locate and ping the iPad.
- If the iPad is missing beyond this point please follow the High School iPad procedures below.
High School
These are the standard lost iPad procedures.
- Create a ticket for lost iPad @ support.burkeschool.org
- Ping iPad
- Write a comment to notify all parties of missing iPad
- Send lost iPad email to parents
- If lost completely, send Billing notice to Business Office
- Set up permanent replacement
- Note all info on iPad Swap list.
