If using AirPlay
- Pull up the control center by sliding up on the IPhone, and double clicking the home button on IPad. If you are using a MacBook click the button on the toolbar at the top of the screen that looks like the one in the photo below.
Select the Screen Mirroring button. (If using an IPad or IPhone continue to step 4).
- If you are using a MacBook
1. Choose your preferred option:
- Click on Mirror Built-In Display to mirror your Mac's native resolution on your TV.
- Click on Mirror Apple TV to resize your Mac's resolution to match the resolution of your TV.

Click on Use as Separate Display to have your Mac extend your desktop and treat your TV as an additional display.
- If using a MacBook click the Turn AirPlay On/Off to toggle it On or Off
- Search through that menu to find the appropriate apple tv located in your current room.
- Now the apple tv will turn on, so you might need to turn on the projector and change the input by pressing the [Input] button.
- A 4 digit input code will now appear on the projector screen. Now type that into the prompt that comes up on the apple device.
- Now you navigate to whatever source the media is on (Youtube, Amazon Video, Netflix, etc.) and begin playing it. If your credentials don't work for a specific app contact wan or the systems administrator.
If using a dongle and HDMI/VGA chord
- Connect the appropriate dongle to the IPad/MacBook and to the HDMI/VGA chord.
- Now plug in the audio cable into the IPad/Macbook.
- Select the correct Input using [Input] button on the projector remote.
- Now you navigate to whatever source the media is on (Youtube, Amazon Video, Netflix, etc.) and begin playing it. If your credentials don't work for a specific app contact wan or the systems administrator.
