Add or Remove an Advisor - Mid-year (Change Advisors)

The tasks that need to be done are here. This article doesn't list how to do each step-by-step. I'll try to put that in later...

  1. Add or remove them to the Advisory section in SIS. Make them the Head if they are replacing or not if they are just filling in.
  2. Change the Identifier of the Advisory section, if appropriate (e.g. HS Student Advisor - 10 - NEW NAME)
  3. Add or remove them as a leader for two Activities: Grade Homeroom - ## (whatever grade it is) and for the group of 9th Grade Advisors or Junior Advisors, etc. The first group is for when grade homeroom meets; the second one is for when the advisory team meets.
  4. Add or remove them from the email list in Google admin.
