On a Mac, printing is standardized, so if you are comfortable printing in one program, you are going to be comfortable printing in almost any other.
To print, go to the File menu and choose Print. You can also press ⌘-P (hold command and print at the same time for about a second).
This will bring up the Print dialog box.

To see even more settings, like layout and color options, click on the dropdown menu below the page selection options. You'll then see several more settings screens from which to choose.

PDF Conversion
The PDF button at the bottom-left offers some useful PDF-related choices. You can convert a document into a PDF, which will be identical to the printed version of the document (including pagination and whatever marks and details you've chosen for printing) which you can then send to somebody, saving paper and ultimately the planet.

On Chrome to save as a PDF first click the Change... button. Then you will see under the Local Destinations the option to Save as PDF.
