In order to use the atrium projector you must have the key to the projector. If you need access to the projector, either contact Kelly or a member of the tech department, preferably ahead of time.
The controls for the shades and the screen are in the little room up there. In order for the projection to look optimal, you must close the shades and lower the screen.
The projector plugs into your computer like any other projector in a classroom. This plugs into your audio port
and this plugs into display port, if you do not have a macbook and plan on doing a presentation, please tell us ahead of time.
This is the remote for the projector, make sure that it is plugged into the green wire as seen below, this will allow the remote to communicate with the projector as it is too far away. Note, the green wire is not an audio cable even though it fits into an audio port.
In order to turn the projector on, press the power button. The projector will take a couple minutes to turn on, so don't worry if it doesn't show up immediately. If after a couple minutes the projector is blue press the Comp1/Comp2 button in order to set the projector to comp 1. If you want to keep the projector warm, but turn off the screen, you can use the black screen function button, this won't require you to wait for it to warm up again.
