Enroll Group is the most efficient way to add students to rosters (esp. if adding to multiple courses at the same time).
From your role in the upper right, select: OnCampus > People > Academics > Enroll Group.
Note that the same mechanism exists for bulk enrolling students in Activity, Advisory, and Athletic groups.
- Use the filter to limit the search to the grade you are looking for.
- Click >> to add students to the list you want to enroll until you have them all
- Click Next
- Select the appropriate division and trimester
- Click Next
- Check the box for course or courses you want to enroll these students in.
- Click Save & Exit.
- Lather, rinse, repeat.
