To Access Student Information
There are two ways to access student information, through the Directory or through a course or advisory group roster.
Through a Roster:
Navigate to the course page or the advisory group page, and click on "Roster" or "Advisory". In the resulting window, students will have a "three dots" button under their names. Click on this button and then click View Profile.
Through the Directory
Search for a student in the directory. Click on "Options" to the right of the student's name, hover your mouse over "Contact Card" as in the screen shot below, and click.
The Contact Card
The Contact Card not only shows basic profile information about a student, including name, contact information, street address, and relationships (parents, siblings, etc.), but it also contains (if applicable) a record of the accommodations that a student should have, and the number of credits transfer students need to earn while at Burke.
Progress - Transcripts, Report Cards, Courses, Teams, Advisor, Attendance, etc.
The Progress tab shows a basic overview of a student's ongoing school situation, including attendance, academic performance, and (if you scroll down past the area in this screenshot) a list of all current teams, classes, advisory, and activities of which they are a part.
Toggle the Term buttons (1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester) on and off in order to see only the student's enrollment for a particular trimester or for the entire year.
Any course in which the teacher is publishing the grade book to students and advisors will show a green book icon next to the course listing on the right side. Clicking on the grade book icon will bring up a window providing further detail on the grades and assignments.
The Performance area shows the Transcript and Report Cards. You will also find Progress Reports under Report Cards. Click to view, download or print copies. To view past years, select a previous grade to view.
Schedule
The Schedule tab lets you see what a student's schedule looks like. You can view the schedule a day at a time or click "View Full Schedule" to switch to week or month view.
Navigate to "My Day" (Top Right) > "Schedule"
Assignment Center
The Assignments tab shows you everything that the student has assigned over the course of the current week. (You can change the week by clicking either "Prev Week" or "Next Week.")
Navigate to "My Day" (Top Right) > "Assignment Center"
Official Notes
The Official Notes tab shows you all comments that have been sent to the student. As you can see in the screenshot, you have filtering options on the right-hand side. You can also compose an official note to the student using this tab.
Navigate to "Official Notes" (Top Right)
