School Directory - Accessing contact information

  • Using the SIS, you can access contact information such as home mailing addresses, home phone numbers, and email addresses for members of the Burke community.
  • Click on Directory on the top navigation bar and choose from Student, Parent, Faculty, Staff or Alumni.
  • Type in your search in the search box and either press Enter or click "Find."
  • Depending on what type of person you're searching for -- Student, Faculty, etc. -- you can filter the results by various parameters.
 
  • Click "Additional Information" under someone's name to view their publicly available information. You can also click "Options" and "Contact Card" to see their information.

 

Profile - Editing your contact information

Please make sure that your personal information is accurate. Feel free to fill in missing information.

  • To edit your contact information, click on your name on the top navigation bar and then Profile.
  • Click the orange pencil icon next to any section of your profile to start editing the fields in that section. You can also click the orange pencil icon next to your picture to upload a new picture.

  • You can add a new field to a section (i.e. a new phone number to the Phone section) by clicking the Add New icon with the green plus sign next to it.
