Attendance on Progress Reports and Report Cards

As you (and parents) look at Progress Reports, keep in mind that the attendance totals reflect total number of obligations missed (classes, homerooms, etc.) - NOT the number of days missed. 

So if anyone asks, you can explain that to them or show them these reports described below.

To see more details on your advisees (or anyone's) attendance:

1. Find a student from your roster or in the directory. 
1. Go to the "Progress" tab
2. Go to the lower right under Performance.
2. Under "Attendance Summary," click "View History"
1. Then click Generate Report.
2. This report shows each day the student missed something and what they missed and why.
3. Close the window or click on View/Print PDF to print the report.
3. Click on "View Totals"
1. Then click Generate Report.
2. This report shows each obligation (class, homeroom) and how many times the student missed it or was late to it.
3. Close the window or click on View/Print PDF to print the report.
