Print School Forms

 

For Grade Deans (and anyone who has access to the forms)

Here's how you see/print the school forms for your grades.

 

1. Log in to the website, go to Groups, pick Grade Homeroom (or pick whatever group you're looking for).

 

2. Go to Roster.

 

3. Go to Run/Roster/Student Reports, pick School Forms.

 

4. The name of the form is in the menu at the top. Pick the one you want and select Generate Report. 

 

5. Select View/Print PDF in order to print forms for each student.

 

For example, grade deans might print out the Emergency Contact Forms for your community building trips.

 

​Please Note: This does not apply to our online Medical Forms. Only those with the "Nurse" role can see and print those forms; That's Alison, Amy or April.
